For more than 15 years, I have served in various leadership capacities such as a K-12 teacher, college tennis coach, professional development instructor, and school administrator. Time and time again, I have witnessed that the most successful individuals and organizations have been successful due to superior interpersonal, time management, goal setting, motivation, and communications skills.
